I found the True Blood DVD seasons only have 12 episodes. Does anyone know why?A7: HBO is more of a separate channel that runs on its own. Plus the average 22 episodes season run about 40 min. True blood runs around 50-55 min. About a to to 15 minute difference and if you add up the minutes they are about the same.
